Refund policy
Slowburn never takes your payment. Apple or Google does, and they handle refunds too. Here is how that works in practice.
Where the money goes
Slowburn Premium is sold only through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store charges you, holds your payment details, and issues receipts. We never see a card number, and we cannot charge or refund a card ourselves.
The trial
The annual plan starts with fourteen days free. If you cancel in the store before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. The store shows the end date before you start.
Asking for a refund
iPhone: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you bought with, find Slowburn Premium and choose Request a refund. Apple decides under its own policy, usually within a couple of days.
Android: within 48 hours of a purchase you can request a refund from Google Play directly (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → the order → Request a refund). After 48 hours, Google asks you to contact the developer: write to [email protected] with your order number and we will ask Google to refund it. Google is the merchant of record for these sales.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, which you exercise through the store as above. Starting the trial or subscription is your agreement to the service beginning during that period.
What happens to Premium after a refund
When a store refunds a purchase, it tells the subscription service Slowburn uses, and Premium switches off in the app on its own. Nothing in your journal is removed or locked; the deeper readings simply close. If Premium is still showing after a refund, open Settings → Restore purchases.
Cancelling is not a refund
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current period, and Premium runs to the end of what you paid for. How to cancel is on the support page.
When we will help directly
If something went wrong on our side — Premium did not switch on after a successful purchase, or a restore failed — write to us with your Support ID from Settings → Premium. We will fix the entitlement, and if a refund is the right answer we will support your request with the store.
